         1. TIRES WARRANTED TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIAL. Every tire and tube sold by M.T.R. Enterprises GmbH, bearing a complete serial number or identification number is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the original tread under normal services and use.

         2. ADJUSTMENT PROGRAM: If a defect in workmanship or material appears in the tire and tube under normal use and service at any time before a treadwear indicator appears, showing that 2/32nds of an inch or less of tread remains ( at which point the tire is considered to be worn out and the warranty to have expired ), and adjustment will be made on a pro-rated basis and calculated on our selling price and the remaining usable tread depth which is the original tread depth less 2/32nds of an inch.


          A). Failure due to improper recapping practices, procedures or material.

          B). Improper tube installation.

          C). Tire failure or loss due to misuse, overload, improper inflation or negligence.

          D). Road hazards such as cuts, punctures, impact breaks, or chipping.

          E). Irregular wear due to misalignment or mechanical reasons.

          F). Failure to remove the tire for recapping with more than 2/32” of tread remaining, or before excess wear occurs.

         G). Charges for demounting, mounting or balancing.

         H). Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle or consequential damages,

          I). The tire must not have been prematurely worn or damaged due to abusive or unusual operating conditions.

          4.DEALER OBLIGATION: Claims must be submitted in writing to M.T.R. Enterprises GmbH for adjustment. When you receive a defective tire, please submit the written claim with the following information completely filled out.

  • A).  Tire size and ply rating.
  • B).  Tire type ( Pattern )
  • C).  Tread depth remaining.
  • D).  Serial No. or other identification number.
  • E).  Cause or type of defect.
  • F).  Photograph clearly showing the defective area.
  • G).  Cut serial numbers.


  • A). You are requested to hold all claim tires for a period of 60 days or until credit is received. We reserve the right to physically inspect any or all claimed tires within the specific 60 days period.
  • B). Physical inspections may be done at your place of business or we may ask you to ship the tires to a designated location for inspection. If you require to ship the tires, they must be shipped freight prepaid. A reimbursement for the freight charge will be included in your adjustment credit.
  • C). The customer name and sequence number must be marked on the bead area of every tire shipped for inspection in such a way that it cannot be erased during shipment and handling.

          6. OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS: This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights.
